A new project led by the STM, Montreal’s public transit agency, is causing a stir. The STM plans to build a new ventilation station for the metro’s Orange line, but in order to do that, it has to expropriate a home from a family who has been living there for decades. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, the family and residents are outraged.
