UBCM vote on free teen transit

The Union of British Columbia Municipalities have voted in favour of a motion to make transit free for all B.C. teens.
The rationale is to help kids get used to using transit and set life-long ridership habits. Joining us to discuss more is Denis Agar with Movement: Metro Vancouver Transit Riders.
