Health officials say progress is being made when it comes to improving access to emergency rooms, Nova Scotia Health says it's going to take time to release updated stats on how many people are searching for a family doctor, and HRM staff received feedback in regards to a proposed mixed-use development on Halifax Exhibition Lands.
