In Ukraine, the latest Russian airstrikes killed a 14-year-old girl on a playground. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said it never would have happened had allies allowed Ukraine to use western-made, long-range missiles to strike inside enemy territory. Those allies — particularly the U.S. — currently place restrictions on how those weapons are used. Redmond Shannon reports.
