The Quebec government is trying to make it easier for police to access information on people with mental health issues. Public security minister François Bonnardel tabled a bill on Thursday with the aim of better following up on those who are found not criminally responsible in the justice system. This comes in response to the death of a provincial police officer last year. Franca Mignacca reports.
