Battle between Quebec and Ottawa heats up over immigration targets

Quebec and the federal government are locked in a battle over immigration targets. It’s come to the point where some are asking for a referendum on the matter. This follow’s Ottawa’s announcement that it will fast track around 20,000 family reunification applications pending in Quebec with the province arguing the federal government is overstepping. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, families say they feel caught in the middle.
