New military chief pledges to fight sexual harassment in army

Canada’s new top soldier has been on the job less than a week, but he’s already laying down the law. Gen. Jonathan Vance issued his first order Thursday. “Operation Honour” is aimed at ending the decades-long problem plaguing the military, including sexual harassment and misconduct within the ranks.
