‘Wrap-around supports’ can help reduce interaction for chronic individuals, RPS deputy chief says

Regina police deputy chief Dean Rae said on Tuesday, “We’ve seen huge decreases in when individuals who have frequent police interactions are given wrap around supports when their out of custody, and that’s what we’re hoping for today.”
