Toronto police responded to a call for gunshots at 6 a.m. at a home on the Bridle Path near Bayview Ave. and York Mills Rd.

According to statistics provided by City of Toronto staff, there have been approximately 250 watermain breaks in Toronto since Dec. 28.

The intersection of Bayview Avenue and York Mills Road is closed due to a water main break.

There's no word yet on any suspects but police said they believe the two shooting scenes are related.

A male driver has been charged with impaired driving after his vehicle crashed into a pole overnight.
