Police have arrested a man who is accused of voyeurism and committing an indecent act in a women’s washroom at a Saskatoon hotel.

A woman waiting for a flight from Calgary last month saw a box of tampons in the ladies room with a note: "None of the tampon vending machines work so I was forced to buy this $15 box from Relay. Not acceptable!''
