Staff presented an updated version of the Region’s Official Plan for the area to Waterloo Regional Council on Thursday afternoon.

Waterloo Regional Police say that 150 people had gathered in downtown Kitchener for a brawl on Thursday morning. Two teens were left injured as a result.
