This news comes just a day after the town of Wasaga Beach announced their interim CAO, Gerry Marshall, was no longer with the municipality.

Gerry Marshall joined the town as CAO in August of this year, after stepping down from his post as mayor of Penetanguishene.

In a release issued Wednesday afternoon, the town of Wasaga Beach announced Marshall will serve as the interim chief administrative officer (CAO) for the Town of Wasaga Beach, effective Thursday.
