Megyn Kelly took on her former Fox News colleague Bill O'Reilly in blunt terms, revealing she had once gone to her bosses to complain about O'Reilly's behaviour.

Fox News' parent company knew about the $32 million settlement when it gave O'Reilly a new contract, the New York Times reported.

During an interview Friday with Glenn Beck, another former Fox News Channel personality who was the subject of an advertiser boycott, Bill O'Reilly complained of a liberal "hit job" that did him in.

"Show this company that it is not above the law," Lisa Bloom wrote about Fox News.

"I grab some vacation, because it's spring and Easter time. Last fall, I booked a trip that should be terrific," Bill O'Reilly said.

Despite the blood and the screaming in the United Airlines video, Bill O'Reilly found something to chuckle about.

The investigation comes after a complaint was phoned in to the Fox News' corporate hotline last week by Wendy Walsh, a former regular guest on Fox's The O'Reilly Factor TV show.
