Surrey RCMP is investigating an incident outside a mosque Thursday in which a vehicle tormented worshipers. 'Officers are exploring the possibility that this may be a hate crime.'

The group said someone in a vehicle threw a substance on Ramadan worshipers, then returned to repeatedly feign trying to run congregants over.
