The Gladstone Theatre in Little Italy is stepping up to help a youth theatre group displaced from is backyard stage by a bylaw complaint.

To be or not to be, that's the question for an Ottawa youth theatre company facing a sea of troubles over a dispute with the city's bylaw services.

An Ottawa youth theatre group is hoping to find a compromise that will let the results of their cast's months of preparation see the light of day.

"Without ongoing financial support, we will not have the capacity to achieve our vision and full impact," Kevin Loring, the first-ever artistic director of the NAC's Indigenous program, wrote on Facebook.
