Three days after a worker was pinned by a piece of equipment and died at pipeline work site in west Edmonton, the Canada Energy Regulator has issued a number of directives to Trans Mountain Corp.

Fort Edmonton Park has determined that a horse likely became spooked, which caused a horse-drawn carriage to tip over sending six people to hospital late Wednesday morning.
