Canadian artist and author Jeff Lemire co-created the award-winning comic book series "Black Hammer" with British artist Dean Ormston. Now the two have signed a deal to bring it to screens with the same media company that produced the "Dark Knight" trilogy.

Chinese conglomerate Wanda Group announced Tuesday it has agreed to buy Hollywood film company Legendary Entertainment for $3.5 billion in what it said is China's biggest foreign cultural acquisition to date.
