The roof of the yet-to-open northwest Edmonton Police Service Campus will need to be replaced, more than a year after the city revealed leaks were discovered in the structure. 

The City of Edmonton said it expects the Edmonton Police Service's northwest campus to open later this year, after issues with the roof led to delays with the project. 

The roof at Bayside Middle School has been leaking on and off since it was installed back in 1992.
