On Jan 17., Mounties paid another visit to Kelowna Harvest Fellowship church on Harvey Avenue in response to a report of a group of people gathering.

The church says the mass gathering ban on religious services violates parishioners' constitutional rights.

The group, which includes 16 individuals and churches, argues the ban on in-person services violates their constitutional rights and is disproportionate to the threat of COVID-19.

Kelowna RCMP say officers visited the church twice in December regarding mass gathering complaints, with the second visit resulting in a fine.
