The 13th annual Wikipedia conference has come to Montreal for the first time.

The idea that users should be able to edit Google search results in the name of privacy is being slammed as weird and difficult to enforce at best and a crackdown on free speech at worst.

Over the next week Vancouver will play host to some of the brightest minds in technology during TED Talks 201
