After using a rare no-tipping policy, Edmonton restaurant Café Linnea, has announced it's switching to the industry standard tip-based system.

With the rise of pre-calculated tipping options, consumers are prompted to pay gratuity in unfamiliar circumstances. Options in the 20-25-30 per cent range pop up with increasing frequency.
