Ontario's police watchdog is investigating after a chain of events that included a hit-and-run that killed renowned Hamilton conductor Boris Brott.

Hamilton city councillors have unanimously voted in favour of traffic safety enhancements along a section of Upper Gage where an 11-year-old boy was struck and killed.
