RCMP in Halifax said two men were driving in the same direction on Main Street in Dartmouth when they "got in a heated argument" on Wednesday.

Since being shared on Facebook, a video of the incident has been viewed over 13,000 times with people expressing outrage over the racist comment made by the man.
