Ontario Provincial Police in Frontenac Township has updated an investigation regarding an abandoned dog near Godfrey. The animal was left in frigid winter temperatures for 11 days.

After being closed for two years for major repairs, the Frontenac Community Arena will once again open to the public.

Frontenac OPP allege the 27-year-old refused to stop for police and instead turned down a local walking trail to evade arrest.
