RCMP Insp. Robert Doyle says it's clear the gangs want to gain a foothold in the capital district and he says police are determined to ensure that doesn't occur.

"The individuals were wearing their gang colours as a means to send a message and inspire fear in the victims which is why we seized them."

Police are increasing their presence in Musquodoboit Harbour, N.S. for what they describe as a welcome back to Nova Scotia party for the Hells Angels.
