The location of supervised consumption sites in Edmonton's inner city was before the federal courts on Monday. 

Angry at Edmonton city council's decision over supervised injection services being concentrated north of the downtown core, supporters of Chinatown have planned a protest and march for this Saturday.

A report on safe-injection sites is headed to the City of Edmonton's Community and Public Services Committee on Monday.
