Officials said a suspect has been taken into custody and the Homicide Section has taken over the investigation after a 49-year-old man died in the city's core Friday evening.

Detectives are looking for dashcam video from vehicles parked in the area of Alex Taylor Road between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Oct. 31.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning, and the identity of the victim has not been released.
