Officers are investigating a shooting that sent a man to hospital and narrowly missed a woman and child as the trio were leaving a Dunbar eatery Tuesday afternoon.

The character house at 4255 West 12th Ave. is in the middle of a trio of heritage homes and was once beautifully maintained inside and out -- but now appears to be getting prepped for the wrecking ball.

A home located in the Dunbar area of Vancouver has been listed on a Craigslist ad for one dollar. But of course, there's a catch.
