A man has been charged with impaired driving causing death in connection with a deadly crash on Edmonton's Capilano Bridge earlier this summer.

Two people have died after the vehicle they were travelling in crashed on Calgary Trail, the Edmonton Police Service said Monday night.

Charges are pending against a 25-year-old Ontario man who was taken into custody early Friday afternoon in connection with the deaths of three people after a car crashed into a south Edmonton Starbucks location.
