The incident happened on the playground at Chester Elementary School, near Pape and Cosburn avenues, on Sept. 19.

Parents of a 10-year-old girl, who claim her school is ignoring ongoing bullying, have finally met with senior TDSB staff. They say while it was a productive meeting, a newsletter put out by the principal has ruined the progress made.

Ten-year-old Keegan Wilson has a list of things he has missed out on since early December - from a talent show to a model car building competition - and it's because he stopped attending class at Chester Elementary School due to alleged bullying.
