"Tainna: The Unseen Ones," by Edmonton-based Inuk writer Norma Dunning, has won the 2021 winner of the Governor General's Literary Award for fiction.

Eleven books won 13 awards for short stories, poetry, historical writing, memoirs, fiction and children's stories.
