Bob Rae, Canada’s special envoy on the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar, will release a report outlining what he recommends the government do about the humanitarian and security conflict.

Rae's interim report said refugee camps are "deplorably overcrowded and pose a threat to human health and life itself."

Myanmar's security forces' attacks on Rohingya villages have been labelled as ethnic cleansing by the United Nations and roundly denounced by many countries, including Canada.
