Fox News' parent company knew about the $32 million settlement when it gave O'Reilly a new contract, the New York Times reported.

Eleven current and former Fox employees filed an amended lawsuit on Tuesday claiming they were demeaned, paid less, and passed over for promotions.

The investigation comes after a complaint was phoned in to the Fox News' corporate hotline last week by Wendy Walsh, a former regular guest on Fox's The O'Reilly Factor TV show.
