Craig James has been charged with four counts of breach of trust by a public officer and two counts of fraud.

Darryl Plecas claims to have provided a confidential memo to legislative committee about allegations "which raised '#MeToo' types of concerns."

The revelation comes exactly one year after former clerk Craig James and former sergeant-at-arms Gary Lenz were escorted from the B.C. legislature.
