Ocean Group is building the $13-million project in Bas-Caraquet, N.B., but plans to tow it to Quebec for completion, claiming it can't find local electricians to do the necessary work.

New Brunswick RCMP say that shortly after 1 a.m., officers responded to a report of the sudden death of a man at a home in Bas-Caraquet.

David Chiasson pleaded guilty to the charge in Caraquet provincial court on Wednesday.

On Friday, police conducted a search warrant at a residence on Rue Chantillon in Maisonnette.

David Chaisson, 49, has been charged with attempted murder.

The 14-year-old was released on a promise to appear in Caraquet Youth Court on Aug. 28 and could face charges in relation to the fire.

A fire tore through St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Bas-Caraquet, N.B.,this weekend.
