Police say the man was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence.

Police in Austin, Texas said Monday that a package bomb that killed one person and injured another may be linked to another package bomb that killed another Austin man earlier this month.

Interim Austin police Chief Brian Manley says the man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of shoplifting and possessing a controlled substance.
