Seven people who survived a fatal tour bus rollover at the Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park have filed what is the second lawsuit against operators of the vehicle.

Devon Ernest was on the glacier tour bus with his girlfriend when it rolled on the Columbia Icefield, killing her and two others, and injuring him.

The president of the company that runs the bus tours at the Columbia Icefield between Banff and Jasper said changes will be made, if necessary, after a rollover on the glacier killed three people and sent two dozen to hospital.
