  KELOWNA — A motorist’s world turned upside after flipping her car earlier today. The single vehicle crash happened on Glenmore road near Watson Road elementary shortly after 3 p.m. Police say the 30 year old driver fell asleep at the wheel and the car flipped end-over-end. No word on extent of injuries.
