Fraud charges have been laid against the operator of an Ontario addiction centre after he was accused of hiring fake doctors at treatment facilities in Caledon and Burk's Falls.

Two Toronto-area men who allegedly posed as doctors at a private addiction treatment centre have been charged in a fraud investigation.
