1) Watch The Morning Show and/or CHEX News @ 6 every weekday (excl. statutory holidays)

2) When you see the ‘Swing Into Spring # of the day’, visit the CHEX CONTEST PAGE before midnight that day, click on the logo of the show you were watching and complete the entry form – including the ‘Swing Into Spring # of the day’ displayed during that program.

3) Each weekday, we’ll randomly draw one eligible entry from the pool of daily entries for each news program and award those individuals with a ballot for the grand prize draw.

You must enter before midnight to be eligible for the current day’s draw.
