Big White opening this weekend

KELOWNA — It’s shaping up to be a record year at Okanagan ski resorts.

Big White has announced that it’s officially opening this Saturday.

That’s the earliest opening date in 50 years.

“With nearly 100cm of snow falling at Big White already, a 68cm base, and more snow predicted later this week, we’re all pretty excited up here on the mountain,” says resort VP, Michael J. Ballingall.
