How does voting work in Dorval?

The territory of the municipality of Dorval has one mayoral candidate and six electoral districts. Electors select a candidate for mayor and elect a candidate in their district.

This year, the residents vote for a mayor and two councillors, as four councillors have been acclaimed.

Voting day

Polls are open Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time.

You must be entered on the list of electors to vote. Bring either your driver’s licence, health insurance card, Canadian passport, Treaty status card or Canadian Forces ID.

District 3: École primaire Gentilly, 355 Fénelon Blvd.

Districts 4 and 5: Dorval Elementary School, 1750 Carson Avenue

District 6: Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre, 1945 Parkfield Avenue
