WATCH: Major transportation plan in Kelowna may be back on track

KELOWNA — A major transportation plan in Kelowna may be back on track following the shutdown of the rail line through town. The city is eagerly waiting for the Canadian Transportation Agency to look at offers made to CN to buy the line.  But even if CN doesn’t agree to sell the stretch of rail between Kelowna and Vernon, local taxpayers are still in line to catch a break.
