Police find guns, drugs during search of Highfield Park apartment

DARTMOUTH – A 24-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court Friday morning to answer to weapons and drug charges.

The pair was arrested at an apartment on Highfield Park Drive at 12:30 a.m. Friday.

Inside the apartment, police found guns, ammunition, marijuana and drug paraphenelia.

The two surrendered to police without incident.
