EDMONTON- Just 30 per cent of the vehicles officials pulled over during a three-day commercial vehicle inspection blitz passed the test, according to Edmonton police.

Members of the Edmonton Police Service Commercial Vehicle Inspection Detail (CVID), along with agencies across Alberta, held the three-day Joint Forces Check from Tuesday to Thursday.
