PENTICTON — A convicted sex offender in the South Okanagan is once again in trouble with the law, this time for drug related charges.
Ronald Teneycke, 51, pleaded guilty to two counts in Penticton court in September including breach of undertaking or recognizance and possession of a controlled substance, in this case methamphetamine.

In 2007, Teneycke went to jail for using cocaine while out on bail.
Last year, the Okanagan Falls man was acquitted of sex crimes. Prior to that, he spent eight years in jail for raping a woman.
A sentencing date is set for September 30th.
