An elderly man was struck by a vehicle and severely injured in Brockville Friday, police say.
According to police, the man was hit while crossing a crosswalk on Parkdale Avenue at Ormond Street.
Police did not give the extent of the injuries but said the man was rushed to Kingston General Hospital following the collision.
The intersection will remain closed while police investigate the cause of the crash.
