TORONTO – It seems as though the unpleasant side of tropical weather will continue for Mexico.

Just as Tropical Storm Lorena heads to Baja California – the area’s second tropical storm in just over a week – a tropical depression has formed on the country’s east coast off the Gulf of Mexico.
