TORONTO – A male cyclist has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Scarborough Wednesday morning.
The collision happened just before 6 a.m. near the intersection of Kennedy Road, north of Eglinton Avenue.

Police say the 42-year-old cyclist was thrown 15 metres upon impact and suffered serious head injuries.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
