CALGARY- Would you pay extra, for a quieter trip? An airline in Asia is banking on it, with their new low-cost carrier.

Singapore Airlines has launched Scoot Airlines, which is the latest airline to offer a child-free zone.

Passengers under 12-years-old are not allowed in the ‘Scoot in Silence’ area – a five-row quiet zone.

The price for a quieter flight? Only an upgrade that works out to less than $20.

Scoot Airlines flies throughout Asia and Australia.
